American Made Fitness Kids Program: Building Strong, Healthy, and Confident Kids!

Looking for a fun, engaging way to keep your kids active and healthy this summer? The American Made Fitness Kids Program is the perfect opportunity for kids of all fitness levels to build strength, endurance, and confidence—all while having a blast!

Our program complements any sport your child is involved in, such as soccer, football, dance, gymnastics, cheerleading, and more. Each class focuses on key areas of fitness development:

  • Endurance: Improving cardiovascular health and stamina.

  • Movement: Enhancing coordination, balance, and functional movement patterns.

  • Mobility: Increasing flexibility to prevent injuries.

  • Teamwork: Building social skills and fostering collaboration through fun group activities.

Our team is committed to making every session exciting and engaging, ensuring kids stay motivated and enjoy the process of learning about fitness.

 Build real-world strength, endurance, and strength with our dynamic functional training classes. Designed for all fitness levels, these workouts combine strength, conditioning, and core stability to help you move better, feel stronger, and perform at your best—both in and out of the gym. CARDIO BURN & CARDIO STRIKING

 (9 AM – Cardio Burn or Cardio Striking)

 Kickstart your weekend with an intense, high-energy workout! Whether it’s Cardio Burn, a fast-paced endurance session, or Cardio Striking, a powerful mix of boxing-inspired moves, you’ll torch calories, build stamina, and leave feeling unstoppable.

BARBELL LIFTING

 (Mon 4:30 PM & Fri 9 AM) 

 Focus on strength, technique, and power in our dedicated barbell lifting sessions. Whether you're new to lifting or looking to perfect your form, this program builds confidence under the bar with expert coaching and progressive programming. Lift heavy, lift smart, and get stronger every week!
